Q Why do the "Back" and "Forward" buttons not appear when creating an advert?

A Cookies need to be enabled - To enable cookies, change your privacy settings in Internet Explorer by selecting the Tools menu and select Internet Options. Select the Privacy tab, and then move the slider to the level of privacy you prefer.

You can choose standard cookie settings, block or allow cookies for specific websites.

Q How do I change my password?

A You need to be logged into your account to change your password.  Select the Admin button (above the GO button) and select Profile. You can now change your password. If you have forgotten your password, you will need to Contact FMbyNET on 0845 362 4211 or e-mail info@fmbynet.com  Please note that your password will be notified to you via your registered e-mail address.

Q What is RSS?

A RSS is an XML-based format for content distribution. RSS allows you to easily display headline news that may be of interest to you.  It provides you with an automated means of receiving updates from selected web sites and their up to the minute news and information or podcasts.
