Hudson York Farrell was established in 1994 as a specialist consultancy to service and support the financial services sector and the FTSE 500 companies. As a member of the award-winning Career Legal group, the company follows the same standards of professionalism and precision in service delivery that characterise our parent. The original philosophy still applies today to all of the group’s operations: we saw the need to develop the kind of strong two-way relationship with clients that would benefit both sides. One important advantage of this approach is that we have been able to recognise new client needs in related areas and to develop specialised services for those requirements. As a result Hudson York Farrell has grown organically, with new divisions added as fresh needs were identified. Today we operate with 11 divisions and can meet all the recruitment needs of the market. We maintain a detailed database of more than 12,000 candidates. We are working for over 500 clients and have preferred supplier status with many of the key names in the business world.
